Gift certificates are used as rain checks (for postponements like weather, etc.) & are valid for 30 days. You can choose a date up to 1 year after the initial purchase.

I understand & agree the 230lb weight & 34 Max Body Mass Index (google it) are STRICTLY enforced. WE MEAN IT – NO NEED TO CALL AND ASK. No refunds if arriving exceeding limits.

I understand & agree that upfront deposits, gift certificates, & rain checks are VOID, NON-REFUNDABLE, worthless, & FOREFITED after ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

Each Jumper must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English. No translators are permitted for, our waiver, training, or the skydive. Arriving unable to communicate in English forfeits your deposits.

I understand and agree that t upfront deposits, gift certificates, and rain checks are not refundable. Also, after one year from the initial date of purchase, unused deposits, gift certificates, and rain checks are void, forfeited, worthless, and not refundable.

I understand that Skydive KY (SDKY) will only make weather decisions within 12 hours of your appointment. Should SDKY determine that jumping is impossible due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, airspace/airport closure, and so on), you will receive a raincheck (gift certificate) that you will use to reschedule yourself at our website. Also, gift certificates used as rainchecks (for postponements) are valid for thirty days; however, the date you choose to reschedule can be up to one year after the initial purchase.

I understand that my appointment time is my arrival time, Eastern Time, and jumping may take 4 hours (or more) to complete.

I understand my canceling or rescheduling with less than seven days’ notice forfeits my deposits.
